Their work is diverse: documentary, architecture, nudes, still life, abstractions, images ranging from early historical processes like the wet plate collodion tintype to contemporary digital photography.

For the second issue of AAP Magazine, we primarily looked for an expression on the face that conveyed the subject's feelings at the moment the photograph was taken. Or if the subject's thoughts remained a mystery, we looked for a face that had been caught in a revealing light. We showcased very diverse type of works so that readers could discover different approaches to the same theme.

For it's firt issue, the jury chose 15 photographers for their different approach to the definition of photography itself "drawing with light". In addition to the unique visual language of each photographers, the short texts written by the artists themselves allow you to discover different voices, point of views and backgrounds.
