Compact yet powerful, the Canon Speedlite EL-100 offers enhanced control and versatility over your camera's built-in flash. With a guide number of 85.3' at ISO 100 and 50mm, this strobe provides ample lighting for various shooting scenarios. Its flexible flash head tilts up to 90° and rotates 330°, allowing for bounce flash capabilities to achieve optimal lighting angles. The flash covers both 24mm and 50mm focal lengths, catering to different lens setups.
You can adjust the output settings from full power to 1/128 power, providing precise control over the lighting intensity. The AUTO setting on the mode dial lets your camera determine when flash is needed, while the flash groups and channels can be easily selected for organized off-camera triggering. The optical receiver mode enables off-camera triggering, and the stroboscopic setting allows for creative effects during long exposures.
Other features include second-curtain sync for capturing moving subjects, an AF assist beam for low-light focusing, and a metal locking foot for secure attachment to your camera. Powered by two AA batteries, the Speedlite EL-100 ensures reliable performance in a compact design.
